KITTY'S AND FAMILY FLORIST INC. CAN DELIVER BEAUTIFUL FLORAL GIFTS IN STATEN ISLAND OR ANYWHERE NATIONWIDE. Pick out the perfect flowers on our website and conveniently order online or over the phone. Our professional florists will expertly arrange your bouquet of fresh flowers and can even create a custom gift basket for your special occasion. When you choose Kitty's and Family Florist Inc., your trusted Staten Island florist, your gifts are sure to please. A local delivery fee of 9.50 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.) U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. As we are dealing with a fresh product, please bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Many variables may affect the condition of your arrangement. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by A Kitty’s & Family Florist. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify A Kitty’s & Family Florist within 1 day of the original delivery date. Non-Perishable Gift Items If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
