Shipping Policy

Most items ship with a handling time of 1-2 business days. Items shipping from our MA warehouses, do not ship on Saturdays. We use the USPS and will provide you with tracking information. We combine shipping for domestic orders only. We do not charge a handling fee. In most cases, buyer pays for the cost of shipping, though we do try to keep those fees nominal. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes issues may arise where you no longer want a product. Full refunds of the original purchase price will be provided only upon the return of any item to us. The product must be in the original condition and packaging to receive a full refund. A partial or full refund may be given with photographic proof of a damaged item received by the buyer. We do not charge a restocking fee. Buyer pays for return postage, unless stipulated by us otherwise. If an item is out of stock, we will issue a refund immediately and contact you for possible substitutions or refunds.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

An order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment and a tracking number being provided. Returns are accepted up to 30 days, after the purchase date, with the product being in the original, new, condition and packaging. Exchanges are accepted for the replacement of the same item only. The item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Upon receipt, the replacement will be sent. If an item is out of stock, we may offer you a substitution, at no additional cost to you.
