Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. As we are dealing with a fresh product, please bear in mind that flowers are perishable. Many variables may affect the condition of your arrangement. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow any care instructions provided by A Kitty’s & Family Florist. No refunds or replacements will be made for any order should the recipient or sender not notify A Kitty’s & Family Florist within 1 day of the original delivery date. Non-Perishable Gift Items If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item for any reason, you may return it to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 30 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
