Tumblers are a popular item and at times color inventory may be limited. We will work with you to ensure you are happy with the tumbler color you choose.  Font colors can be plain or sparkle.  We have a lot of available colors.  The most popular font colors are black, white, pink, blue, and anything sparkle.

Typical processing time is approximately 5-7 business days - -if all details are provided. -if we have the product quantities you purchased. -no changes are made to your order after you have placed the order. -processing time does NOT include shipping time (see SHIPPING OPTIONS for more details). -business days are Monday-Friday.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to all items being personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Custom and personalized orders:

Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours after payment is processed. Exchanges due to Mistakes & Damages Send us a message and WE PROMISE to have a new item(s) in the mail to you within 24 hours.
