Shipping Policy
Staten Island based purchases are available for local pickup at museum.
For all other USA purchases flat rate shipping is available. The museum ships using USPS for all deliveries.The flat rate shipping fee is $9.25 for most items. Please note that clothing over an XL size will cost $16.10 to ship.
Refund Policy
All refund request are provided through PayPal, and can only be return to the credit card use for the purchase. Return item must be provide to museum before refund will be issued.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
All cancellation requests are limited to 24 hours from date of purchase. Returned items must be returned in good original unused condition with original packaging. Equal exchanges available for incorrect sizes. Purchaser is responsible for return/exchanged shipping costs.
